Coco Loco sits right on the sand at the south end of Playa Flamingo, the quieter stretch away from the hotels. Tables are set out under umbrellas facing west, so a late lunch runs straight into sunset.
The menu leans on the coast: ceviche, whole grilled fish and seafood plates, plus steaks and a cocktail list. On Sundays it opens early for brunch.
